Leslie and Gaston exchanged vows at Dove Canyon Country Club this past weekend in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony. Wedding and event planner Saadia Kibriya not only had Leslie ready for photos AHEAD of schedule (which is unheard of), but also created the amazing floral arrangements. If it’s pink and involves jewels/crystals/pretty much anything sparkly, I am in love! I was very nervous about the weather cooperating, considering how nasty it was throughout the previous week. Luckily, we ended up with a perfect autumn day with the best lighting ever! My 2nd photographer and I also set up 2 off camera lights for both the ceremony and reception, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What a fun, romantic, and beautiful wedding!
Love this spot at Dove Canyon, especially this time of year with the leaves changing colors.
Saadia had the unique blooms for Leslie’s bouquet imported from Holland.
This is always one of my favorite moments – when the bride and groom see each other for the first time on their wedding day. I captured the first image of Gaston, while my 2nd photographer created the 2nd image of Leslie’s reaction to seeing her groom.
Look at that lighting, yeaaahhhh!! And this is with ZERO editing, awesomeness straight out of the camera.
Now that’s what I call a “radiant bride!” Gotta love those hanging crystals too.
I love the use of vases with varying heights as centerpieces. It creates a lot of drama without being overdone.
Using off camera lighting with a softbox to diffuse the light is what makes this image look so darn pretty :)
